Faulty items will be replaced, repaired or refunded following evaluation by cable-smart Customer Service team.

PLEASE NOTE.. for hygiene reasons, in-ear headphones may not returned if they have been used. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer. To return goods the customer must inform us by email to within 14 days stating you want to return an item, to include name address and order number.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure the item arrives safely, in new condition, unopened, please ensure it is returned using trackable/postal service.
